Accounts

3 Data Pulse is a business tool for real estate brokerages. Accounts are provisioned by a brokerage for its owners, managers, and staff. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Your brokerage administers your account, including deactivation and deletion.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for your brokerage’s legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable law, including real estate, privacy, and anti-spam regulations. You will not misuse the Service, attempt to access data belonging to other companies, reverse engineer it, or use it to harass any person. Data about agents and recruits must be handled in line with your legal obligations.

The mobile app

The mobile app lets authorized users view brokerage analytics, manage recruiting and retention activity, and capture information (for example, by scanning a business card or listing sign). Camera and notification access are used only for these features. Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy and to the app store terms of Apple or Google.

Customer data

Data you enter or capture remains owned by your brokerage. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any third-party contact information you add to the Service.

Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available and accurate but provide it “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be posted here.

Termination

Your brokerage or 3 Data Pulse may suspend or terminate access. You may request deletion of your account and personal data from within the app (Account ’ Delete account) or by contacting us.
