# 3 Data Pulse

> 3 Data Pulse is a recruiting, retention, and coaching platform for real estate brokerages. It finds the agents worth recruiting, warns brokers before their best agents drift, and delivers ready-to-run weekly coaching, so a brokerage gets the output of a full-time growth team without hiring one.

The product is used by brokerage owners and team leaders. It plugs into the tools a brokerage already uses (CRM and transaction platform) plus market-wide MLS data, then does the watching in the background and surfaces a short weekly action list with the outreach already written.

Three core jobs:
- Recruiting: scores which agents in the market are most likely to move and warms them up with automated outreach.
- Retention: watches everyday touchpoints and flags flight risk early, with a ready-to-send check-in note.
- Coaching: delivers weekly coaching a broker can run in their regular meetings, no prep.

The app itself lives at https://app.3datapulse.com (account required). This site is the public marketing site.
